If ordered with VATS delete, we will ship you the adapter preloaded with the appropreiate VATS delete chip identical to your current unit, ready to plug in. We originally developed these adapters to simplify the process of providing custom VATS deletes, in turn eliminating the need to mail in your MEMCAL for reprogramming.

Since the adapter can be used as a standalone product, it's available for purchase without EPROMS for enthusiasts and tuners who already have the tools to burn their own EPROMs, or for those interested in getting started with chip programming.
