Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure the quality and reliability of all our products. If you encounter any issues, please review the following return and exchange policy:

Change of Mind / Unwanted Item Returns

We understand that sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. If you would like to return an item that is not defective and simply no longer wanted, please review the following conditions:

  • Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of installation or damage.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply depending on the item.
  • We cannot accept returns for the following items (Items that meet this criteria will be indicated in the product description):
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Damage/Loss

We order things online all the time, we understand that things happen during shipping.

In the unfortunate event your item arrived damaged or does not arrive at all, please take pictures of both the item and the packaging and send them to us. We will work to get a new item shipped out or issue a refund.

Defective Products

We accept returns or exchanges for defective products for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. The buyer may choose between a refund or exchange, subject to the availability of the item in stock.

What Qualifies as a Defect

A product is considered defective if it fails to function properly under normal operating conditions due to issues inherent to the item itself (e.g., manufacturing faults, design flaws, or internal component failures).

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by physical impact, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
  • Issues arising from external factors, such as power surges, water damage, or use outside the recommended/expected environment.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (if applicable).

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video if applicable.
  2. Returns must be authorized by our team before sending the item back.
  3. Please allow up to 7 days for a return to be processed back to your payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • For approved defective returns: we cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Return shipping for unwanted, unused items is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
