General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

  1. Acceptance of Agreement

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use, installation, and handling of all hardware, software, or assembled systems (“Products”) designed, developed, or distributed by independent makers (“the Developers,” “we,” or “us”) and sold or otherwise provided to end users (“you,” “the User”). By purchasing, installing, or using any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install, connect, or operate the Product. These Terms may be updated or supplemented if any Product is later offered under a registered business entity, in which case the business name and contact information will be provided with the Product or posted on our official website.

  1. Disclaimer of warranty

All products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one (1) Year from the date of original purchase. During this period, we warrant that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal and intended operating conditions as specified in the product documentation.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship-related failures, including but not limited to faulty soldering, defective internal components, and assembly-related issues, provided the product has been installed and used in accordance with all instructions and safety guidelines supplied.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, accidents, exposure to excessive heat, moisture, oil, or vibration, or any modification of the product's hardware or firmware. Use of the product outside its stated application will void this warranty. Damage caused by reversed polarity, overvoltage, or improper sensor wiring is also excluded from coverage.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact us with a description of the issue and proof of purchase. At our sole discretion, we will repair or replace the defective unit, or issue a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to us; return shipping for validated warranty claims will be covered by us.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of property, loss of vehicle use, labor costs, or personal injury arising from the installation, use, or inability to use the product. Our total liability under any legal theory shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

This Product is intended solely for lawful use in accordance with its stated purpose and applicable regulations. You may not use, modify, reprogram, or adapt this Product in any way that violates local, state, federal, or international laws. By installing or using this Product, you agree not to modify it for any illegal, unauthorized, or noncompliant purpose. Any such use is solely the responsibility of the user.

The Developers do not condone or support the illegal use of this Product. We assume no liability for damages, fines, legal consequences, or vehicle issues arising from unlawful modifications or use. Modification or misuse of the Product will void any warranty and may result in a permanent loss of support.

  1. Reverse engineering and resale

The design, circuitry, firmware, and any accompanying software or configuration tools are the result of original work by the creators of this product. By purchasing or using the product, you agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, replicate, or modify the product in a way that reproduces its functionality, logic, or design for your own use or for others.

If you wish to develop a derivative product, incorporate our system into your own design, or resell this product as part of a larger system or commercial offering, you must first contact us and receive explicit written permission. Unauthorized resale or the creation of similar or derivative works based on this product may result in legal action, including claims related to misappropriation of trade secrets or breach of contract. Even without a patent or copyright registration, these terms represent a binding agreement between the developers and the user.

  1. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains in full effect.

  1. No Implied Waiver

If we do not enforce a provision of this Agreement right away, that does not mean we are waiving the right to enforce it later.

  1. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Agreement is only between you and us. No one else has rights under it, and it does not create any benefit for third parties.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect how the Agreement is interpreted.
